About the Role
Join Cars24, India's leading used car platform, as a Field Sales Executive within the Dealer Consumer Financing team. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate customer car purchases by offering Cars24's loan products at partner dealerships across Tumkur.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned used car dealerships in the Tumkur region on a daily basis.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with dealer partners, becoming their preferred finance collaborator.
- Interact with walk-in customers at dealerships to effectively present Cars24's car loan options.
- Clearly communicate details of loan offers including EMIs, processing fees, and insurance choices.
- Gather necessary KYC documentation and process loan applications through the Cars24 app.
- Coordinate with the credit team to ensure prompt sanctioning and disbursement of loans.
- Onboard new dealership partners to broaden Cars24’s network in the territory.
- Achieve monthly loan disbursal targets to qualify for substantial incentives.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum education of 12th grade or any graduation stream.
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience preferred.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Kannada is essential; English is preferred, and Hindi is advantageous.
- Comfortable using smartphones and basic mobile applications.
- Motivated by earning potential; this role rewards proactive effort and hustle.
Additional Advantages
- Experience in auto loans, personal loans, car loans, or related financial services roles such as DSA, NBFC, or dealership sales.
- Familiarity with companies like Bajaj Finance, HDFC, ICICI, Mahindra Finance, or Tata Capital is a plus.
- Background in field sales, banking sales, credit management, or used car sales enhances candidacy.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
- Attractive incentives between ₹15,000 and ₹100,000 monthly, with no upper limit.
