About the Role

MicroDegree Education Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Senior Career Counselors to join their team in Jayanagar, Bangalore. The role focuses on guiding potential learners to select appropriate upskilling programs, leveraging prior experience in EdTech sales. Fluency in Kannada and a passion for reaching sales goals are key.

Primary Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students about MicroDegree's courses and potential career paths.
• Assess candidates' career aspirations and recommend fitting educational programs.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email communications.
• Persistently follow up with potential learners until they enroll.
• Achieve set admissions targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of student interactions and leads using CRM software.
• Collaborate closely with admissions and operations teams to ensure seamless enrollment procedures.
• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with prospective students.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least one year of experience in EdTech sales is mandatory.
• Fluency in Kannada is essential; proficiency in English and Hindi is advantageous.
• Excellent counseling, negotiation, and persuasive capabilities.
• Strong target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and MS Office is required.

Eligibility

Candidates must hold a graduate degree in any discipline and have a minimum of one year of EdTech sales or career counseling experience. Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
