About the Role
Join Axis Bank as a full-time CASA Sales Officer working onsite in locations including Panchkula, Punjab, Haryana, Dehradun, Haridwar, Rudrapur, Shimla, and Bijnor. Candidates should hold a valid two-wheeler vehicle and driving license. The role involves actively acquiring new customers for the bank's Current Account and Savings Account products along with cross-selling other financial offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new customers by promoting CASA products (Current and Savings Accounts).
- Conduct local marketing and promotional campaigns to generate sales leads.
- Travel on a daily basis within the assigned territory to engage with potential and existing clients.
- Cultivate and sustain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Upsell additional banking services such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Loans, and Credit Cards.
- Motivate existing account holders to increase their deposits.
- Comply fully with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Participate in mandatory training and certification programs organized by Axis Bank.
Compensation and Incentives
The position offers a monthly salary of ₹19,000 (CTC) with performance-based incentives up to ₹20,000 per month.
Career Advancement
Opportunities for accelerated promotion starting from Sales Officer to Sales Officer I, then Assistant Manager - Sales, and eventually to Sales Manager, based on individual performance.
Working Schedule
The role follows the bank's standard working days, with holidays on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month.
