About the Role
Nobroker is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive (also titled Field Relationship Manager) to join their team in Chennai. This is a full-time on-field position focused on real estate rental deals, involving direct interaction with customers and property verification.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers and verify property details on-site
- Finalize rental agreements and close deals effectively
- Coordinate communications between tenants and property owners
- Ensure that all photographs and documents related to properties are authentic
- Maintain daily reports of visits and achieve set target goals
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a client-facing or field role
- Must possess a bike and a valid driving license
- Comfortable with extensive daily travel (50–60 kilometers)
- Available to join immediately
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly fixed salary of ₹27,000 (in-hand) plus Provident Fund of ₹3,600
- Daily petrol allowance of ₹200
- Performance-based incentives up to ₹15,000 per month
