Position Summary

The Alani Field Marketing Ambassador serves as the vibrant local representative of our national brand. This role involves bringing the Alani brand to life by implementing national marketing objectives, strategies, and tactical programs. You will work closely with sales teams to develop consumer sampling events that drive consumer trials, build brand loyalty, increase awareness, and generate positive word of mouth. You are also responsible for managing daily operations and logistics within your market.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and distribute Alani products at events, festivals, trade shows, and other bustling venues.
• Engage with consumers, delivering compelling product information that highlights unique features and benefits.
• Encourage product sampling to create memorable experiences for potential customers.
• Represent the brand’s values and personality consistently while maintaining professional and brand-aligned appearance.
• Build rapport with customers and potential brand advocates through strong interpersonal skills.
• Handle branded sampling vehicles responsibly, ensuring excellent upkeep both internally and externally.
• Assist in organizing and executing promotional events alongside partners to maximize engagement and visibility.
• Manage inventory and supplies efficiently at event locations and storage units.
• Collect customer feedback on product preferences, brand perception, and market trends and report insights after each activation.

Candidate Requirements

• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing business needs and deadlines.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
• Ability to stand for long periods and consistently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with diverse groups.
• An energetic, outgoing, and approachable personality that attracts and maintains customer interest.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate logistics and manage event supplies.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, per event demands.
• Willingness to attend and participate in 1-2 team meetings each month.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications advantageous.
• Previous experience in promotional events, customer service, or brand ambassador roles is a plus.
