Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests, accurately take their orders, and address menu inquiries.
• Prepare and assemble food items adhering to specific brand recipes and quality criteria.
• Promptly pack and serve orders with accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle payment processing and manage cash transactions efficiently.
• Keep your work area clean and well-stocked while complying with food safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain smooth service operations and high-quality customer care.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in fast food, quick service restaurants, front-of-house, or retail is advantageous but not mandatory as full training is provided.
• Proven customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor to assist guests effectively.
• Basic understanding of food preparation procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in managing food orders and monetary transactions.
• Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
