About the Role

Join our Cookie Crew at the Claremont store located at 101 N Indian Hill Blvd #105, Claremont, CA 91711, as the primary point of contact for customers and a baker of our famous warm and delicious cookies. This position involves greeting customers, managing orders, baking cookies, ensuring timely delivery, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness of the bakery.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and accurately take orders following store procedures.
• Assist customers by explaining menu items, answering questions, and confirming orders for accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone with a friendly demeanor.
• Bake cookies and prepare ice cream scoops to perfection.
• Package and dispatch delivery orders promptly and correctly.
• Handle cash and payment transactions with accuracy, ensuring no discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization of the bakery environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of six months of experience in a customer service-oriented role is preferred.
• Outgoing, personable, and genuine attitude.
• Strong communication, organizational, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 40 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
