Bar Team Member

About the Role

We are looking for friendly and dynamic Bar Team Members to join our team at Haven in Pwllheli, Wales. This full-time (also part-time and seasonal options available) position offers the chance to contribute to a vibrant environment where you'll serve drinks and help create memorable guest experiences. Pay can reach up to £12.71 per hour depending on age.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take their drinks orders, ensuring every interaction is positive.
• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of beverages, including classic pints and specialty cocktails.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times.
• Work cohesively with colleagues to deliver seamless and excellent customer service.
• Adhere to all responsible alcohol service policies to maintain a safe environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in bar, restaurant, or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not compulsory.
• A passion for customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old to legally serve alcohol.
