Role Overview
As a Kitchen Porter, you will be essential in maintaining smooth kitchen operations by ensuring all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned meticulously. Your diligence will help keep the kitchen environment safe, organized, and efficient. No prior kitchen experience is necessary, only a positive work ethic, eagerness to learn, and dedication are required.
Key Duties
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen utensils, including pots, pans, and crockery, to the highest standards.
- Adhere strictly to cleaning procedures and schedules.
- Safely and effectively use cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain the tidiness and organization of pot wash and cleaning equipment storage areas.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors at shift end to uphold cleanliness.
- Empty all bins during shifts and thoroughly clean bins inside and out afterward.

Additional Details
- Weekly work hours total 40 across 5 days out of 7, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Hourly wage of £12.93.
