2Coms Consulting Pvt Ltd. is recruiting 300 Assembly Associates for a prominent automotive manufacturing company located in Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra. This role offers an outstanding opportunity for both freshers and experienced individuals aiming to build their career in automobile manufacturing. The position involves assembling wire harnesses and various auto components within a modern, fully air-conditioned production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble automotive wire harnesses and other components adhering to company quality standards.
- Perform assembly tasks standing throughout assigned shifts.
- Meet daily production targets while ensuring product quality.
- Safely operate assembly tools and manufacturing equipment.
- Uphold workplace safety protocols and maintain discipline.
- Keep the workstation clean and organized.
- Provide support to supervisors in meeting daily production goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Education Qualification: Completion of 8th, 9th, 10th, or 12th standard, ITI certificate, Diploma, or Graduate degree.
- The role welcomes freshers as well as candidates with experience.
- Physically fit to perform standing work for long periods.
- Gender distribution: Male candidates approximately 70%, Female candidates approximately 30%.
- Preference for candidates available for immediate joining.
Shift & Work Schedule
- Six working days per week.
- One weekly off on a rotational basis.
- Shifts available (choose one): 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Compensation & Benefits
- In-hand salary: ₹13,000 per month.
- Additional attendance bonus of ₹1,000 per month.
- Annual total compensation approximately ₹1.68 lakh per annum.
- Company-provided hostel accommodation with a salary deduction of ₹1,200 per month.
