About the Role
Join EY-Parthenon as an Investment Banking Analyst focused on the Diversified Industrials sector, based in New York. This role offers the chance to collaborate within EY's integrated global network, leveraging deep sector expertise, innovative AI solutions, and a broad spectrum of services across strategy, transaction, and corporate finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on M&A and corporate finance engagements, providing insightful, data-driven advice.
- Develop and analyze financial models and cash flow scenarios to support strategic business decisions.
- Craft marketing materials including pitch books and information memoranda for capital raising and transaction mandates.
- Conduct in-depth market, sector, and company research to identify risks and value drivers.
- Assist in business development efforts and mentor junior team members.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of one year experience in investment banking or relevant M&A execution roles.
- Proficient in Excel for financial modeling, including pivot tables and complex quantitative analysis.
- Strong analytical ability with sound judgment and good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective use of research databases and technical aptitude in data analysis.
- Ability to work onsite in New York or commute regularly, with a willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.
- Desired: Valid Series 7, 79, and 63 securities licenses.
- Preference for candidates versed or interested in the Industrials sector.
- Familiarity with firm-approved AI business tools, including Microsoft Copilot, is a plus.

- The base salary in the US ranges from 100000 to 125000 USD annually, determined by factors such as education, location, and experience.
