- Plan, coordinate, and execute culture-building activities both within the office and in the surrounding local area to foster connection among employees.
- Oversee in-office catering and food delivery logistics, including ordering, event setup and teardown, and processing invoices related to these services.
- Support the local Experience team with significant company initiatives and high-profile projects.
- Maintain productive relationships with building landlords, external vendors (such as janitorial, security, reception, food & beverage providers), and internal partners including IT, HR, and leadership teams.
- Keep office documentation up to date and accurate, including internal wiki pages, expense reporting, event intake forms, and feedback documents.
- Assist with special requests from the Global Real Estate team to support office needs.
- Serve as a liaison between IT, Finance, HR, senior leadership, and other departments to coordinate events or projects requiring additional resources.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years’ relevant experience in employee experience, engagement, or office management, with preference for candidates from tech companies or founder-led organizations.
- Exceptional organizational and creative abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving workplace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Benefits
- Comprehensive healthcare coverage and income protection plans.
- 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching.
- Global benefit programs tailored to various lifestyle needs, including workspace flexibility, professional growth, and caregiving support.
- Support for family planning and gender-affirming care.
- Mental health resources and coaching services.
- Flexible vacation policies and paid volunteer opportunities.
