Role Overview
This opening is for an Executive / Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition based in Gurugram. The role focuses on handling the full recruitment cycle for both IT and non-IT hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the complete hiring process, from understanding the role requirement through sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer release, and joining/onboarding.
- Create and maintain active talent pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks for varied roles.
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify expectations, align on role requirements, share market inputs, and close vacancies on time.
- Improve hiring outcomes by assessing candidates effectively, supporting offer acceptance, and monitoring recruitment KPIs such as turnaround time, closure rate, and pipeline strength.
- Support a positive candidate journey and help strengthen the company’s employer brand through clear communication and professional follow-up.
Preferred Profile
- 2 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment across IT and non-IT positions, with strong sourcing and closure skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions while coordinating effectively with stakeholders and meeting hiring deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing methods, screening practices, and candidate evaluation techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive and accountable approach to hiring.
