Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for an Executive Regional Vice President at Quicknode Inc. The Executive Regional Vice President will be responsible for spearheading regional go-to-market strategies, driving significant revenue expansion, and cultivating key customer relationships within a designated territory. This role involves leading and nurturing a high-achieving sales and account management team, establishing performance benchmarks, accurately forecasting sales pipelines, and ensuring the consistent achievement of regional objectives. The position requires close collaboration with marketing, product development, customer success, and finance departments to synchronize regional initiatives, enhance value propositions, and provide support for major deals and strategic partnerships. The Executive Regional Vice President will regularly interact with enterprise-level and strategic clients, represent Quicknode at prominent industry gatherings, and furnish leadership with insights on market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and product requirements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in leading regional or multi-country sales or go-to-market operations, consistently surpassing revenue and growth targets.
- A strong foundation in enterprise or B2B technology sales, with a significant advantage for candidates experienced in blockchain, Web3, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent, encompassing coaching, performance evaluation, and succession planning.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and employing data-driven methodologies for decision-making.
- Exceptional aptitude for communication, negotiation, and managing diverse stakeholders, including experience presenting to C-suite executives and external partners.
- Capacity to thrive in a remote, dynamic, high-growth setting, effectively balancing strategic foresight with practical execution.
- Experience collaborating across departments such as marketing, product, and customer success to refine market positioning, support new product introductions, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with compliance, security protocols, and enterprise procurement processes; comfort in navigating intricate, multi-party sales cycles.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is considered a plus.
- Readiness to travel within the assigned region and occasionally internationally.
