About the Role
This senior leadership position offers a unique chance to develop, expand, and direct i2c's sales operations throughout the Latin America (LATAM) region. The role demands both strategic vision and practical implementation skills, tailored for an accomplished sales professional with extensive knowledge in fintech, payments, or digital banking across emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for the LATAM region that aligns with the broader growth plans of the company.
- Drive revenue growth across i2c's comprehensive product suite, including credit, debit, prepaid cards, payment hubs, and digital banking solutions.
- Adapt global marketing and sales initiatives into actionable regional plans.
- Recruit, mentor, and guide a proficient sales team focused on the LATAM market.
- Create a culture emphasizing accountability, teamwork, and consistent overachievement.
- Set measurable performance metrics, frequent coaching sessions, and succession plans.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential sales opportunities across LATAM, building strong executive relationships with banks, fintechs, processors, and other key partners.
- Act as i2c's trusted senior representative in the LATAM market.
- Maintain comprehensive pipeline visibility, ensure forecast accuracy, and govern deals throughout the sales cycle.
- Support pricing decisions and deal structures aligned with company-level goals.
- Implement best practices for sales processes, utilize tools and KPIs for improved operational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with Client Implementation and Operations teams to monitor and enhance sales-to-implementation metrics.
- Identify potential risks affecting revenue and proactively address them.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with market needs and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Growth Officer for strategic messaging and client engagements.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
- Possess 10 to 15 years of senior sales leadership experience in card payments, fintech, digital banking, or SaaS industries.
- Proven track record of selling complex enterprise solutions to Fortune 1000 or similar large organizations.
- Experience in building and scaling sales teams within LATAM markets.
- Strong executive presence, comfortable influencing C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with strong presentation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or equivalent professional experience are preferred.
