About the Role

This executive leadership position offers an exceptional opportunity to spearhead and expand i2c's business throughout the Latin America (LATAM) region. Serving as the chief commercial leader for LATAM, the role requires strategic oversight combined with active sales execution and team leadership. The Head of LATAM Sales will drive revenue growth, lead the regional sales team, and represent i2c at senior levels in the market. Collaboration with the Chief Growth Officer and global teams is fundamental to broaden i2c's presence across LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for LATAM aligned with corporate growth goals.
  • Generate revenue from i2c's extensive product offerings including credit, debit, prepaid cards, payment hubs, and digital banking platforms.
  • Adapt global market strategies into targeted regional sales plans.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a proficient LATAM sales team fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Set performance metrics, maintain coaching schedules, and plan for leadership succession.
  • Identify and pursue high-value growth opportunities in LATAM markets.
  • Build strong relationships with senior executives in banks, fintechs, processors, and partners across the region.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and prominent executive spokesperson for i2c within the LATAM financial ecosystem.
  • Maintain full oversight of sales pipeline, ensure forecast accuracy, and govern deal processes regionally.
  • Assist in pricing decisions and deal structuring in line with enterprise-wide objectives.
  • Guarantee seamless progression from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Optimize sales operations, tools, and KPIs to enhance efficiency and visibility.
  • Coordinate with Client Implementation and Operations teams to track sales-to-implementation performance metrics.
  • Proactively address risks that may threaten revenue achievement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align market strategies and integrate customer feedback into product development and go-to-market approaches.
  • Work closely with the CGO on regional strategic direction, messaging, and critical client engagements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese is mandatory.
  • 10 to 15 years of senior sales leadership experience within card payments, fintech, digital banking, or SaaS domains.
  • Proven track record of selling complex enterprise solutions to Fortune 1000 or comparable clients.
  • Experienced in building and scaling sales teams within LATAM.
  • Strong executive presence capable of influencing C-suite and board-level audiences.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
