Role Overview

This role is part of the Talent Attraction & Acquisition team within the HR Operations division at EY Gurugram. The team operates collaboratively across functions and business lines to develop strategic talent solutions that align with EY’s strategy and employer value proposition (EVP). Their focus includes business partnering, talent acquisition, learning and development, mobility, compensation and benefits, HR systems, and analytics, all aimed at delivering an outstanding employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes within the assigned business portfolio, from sourcing candidates to shortlisting.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline based on business needs through proactive sourcing and mapping.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with hiring partners and managers across various business units.
  • Implement and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure excellent recruitment service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Business HR and hiring partners to identify and implement service improvement opportunities.

Candidate Profile

Successful candidates will have comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, equal opportunity principles, and recruitment-related employment laws. Proficiency in competency-based interviewing and expertise in designing and executing resourcing and attraction strategies are essential. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines are required. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are needed to establish credibility with internal stakeholders, agencies, and search firms.

Preferred Attributes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Proven leadership skills with prior supervisory experience are advantageous.
  • Collaborative approach to delivering HR services across multiple departments while ensuring compliance with commercial and legal standards.
  • Practical problem-solving ability to provide insightful and effective solutions.

Education and Experience

  • MBA in Human Resources from a reputed business school is preferred.
  • Between 3 to 5 years of experience specifically in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing expertise.
