MENA Finance Associate - Working Capital Specialist in Riyadh

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, actively pursuing follow-ups on overdue receivables.
• Coordinate closely with client invoice approvers and accounts payable teams to guarantee prompt payment processing.
• Monitor payment agreements and escalate delays or compliance issues to relevant parties internally and externally.
• Investigate and rectify root causes of payment delays, including inefficiencies in internal workflows and client approval challenges.
• Manage invoice dispute records, assist in their resolution, and contribute insights for process improvement and prevention.
• Maintain updated documentation of billing and payment processes to promote clarity and alignment.
• Track invoice dispatches, prepare client statements and payment requests, and facilitate payment allocation and reconciliation with Finance and client engagement teams.
• Drive continuous refinement of collections processes and support firm-wide initiatives aimed at optimizing working capital performance.

• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is beneficial.

Preferred Experience

• Prior work in finance or client-facing roles within professional services or multinational corporations.
• Experience with invoicing and payment procedures typical of GCC government entities.
• Confidence engaging cross-functional teams and championing process enhancements.
• Involvement in system implementations or financial operations transformations.
• Participation in continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency gains.
