Role Overview

As a Recruiter specializing in Social Media and Talent Acquisition, you will connect with prospective candidates, manage end-to-end recruitment, and enhance our employer brand through creative social outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Attract fitting candidates for Seco and guide them from initial contact through hiring.
• Create engaging job advertisements and distribute them across job boards and social media platforms.
• Serve as the primary contact for applicants, ensuring a respectful and positive candidate experience.
• Contribute innovative recruiting campaigns, employer branding strategies, and social media content ideas.
• Collaborate with the team to discover novel ways to attract the right employees.
• Support HR’s daily operations while actively contributing your own ideas.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Completed commercial training, preferably focusing on human resources.
• Prior experience in recruiting or personnel management.
• Excellent communication skills with a personable and approachable demeanor.
• Comfortable and experienced in utilizing social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram professionally.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
• Team-oriented, creative, and proactive work ethic.
