Position Overview
This opportunity is for an Executive role focused on Human Resources Operations and Talent Attraction & Acquisition in Bangalore. The position is part of EY's Talent team which promotes purposeful work and career development across functions and service lines. The team collaborates closely with business leaders to provide strategic talent solutions aligned with EY's employer value proposition (EVP).
Team Structure and Focus
The Talent team comprises various workstreams such as Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and Benefits, alongside enabling functions including HR systems, operations, people data reporting, and analytics. Leveraging global resources, the team drives HR technology, projects, and processes to meet evolving business needs, ensuring exceptional and lasting employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities across different business units effectively.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent sourcing pipeline based on business needs.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing candidates to shortlisting.
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and partners across businesses.
- Implement and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality recruitment services.
- Collaborate with Business HR and Hiring Partners to identify opportunities for enhancing recruitment services.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, equal opportunity, and employment legislation related to recruitment.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency in competency-based interviewing.
- Expertise in designing and executing talent attraction and resourcing strategies.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills to establish credible and lasting connections with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Leadership abilities with supervisory experience are advantageous.
Qualifications and Experience
- MBA in Human Resources from a reputed business school is preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in recruitment.
