We are looking for a Business Analyst at the Supervising Associate level who specializes in SAP SuccessFactors and data integration to propel Talent-related projects. The role involves gathering detailed requirements, analyzing and optimizing business processes, and supporting seamless integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other data systems to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business partners to capture and document comprehensive requirements for Talent initiatives, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration aspects.
  • Examine current Talent processes to detect improvement opportunities and propose solutions leveraging SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create and execute data integration strategies that guarantee accurate and secure information flow across relevant systems.
  • Develop detailed business requirement documents, process diagrams, use cases, and other necessary materials to support project delivery.
  • Formulate test plans and scenarios, execute testing procedures to verify that SAP SuccessFactors functionalities align with business expectations and quality standards.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication among stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to ensure mutual understanding of project goals and progress.
  • Partner with change management teams to aid users in embracing the new systems and workflows introduced by SAP SuccessFactors deployments.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues tied to SAP SuccessFactors and data integration, escalating matters when required to uphold timelines.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements by recommending enhancements to business workflows and system capabilities.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Talent management processes and SAP SuccessFactors system functionalities.
  • Expertise in data integration techniques including data mapping, ETL workflows, and API-based integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate business demands into practical technical specifications.
  • Excellent documentation proficiency encompassing requirements documentation, process mapping, and test planning.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities to foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and established business analysis methodologies.
  • Attention to detail aimed at delivering precise and quality outcomes.
  • A positive mindset, flexibility, and eagerness to continuously learn and adapt within the position.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with global teams in virtual environments.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis emphasizing Talent systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors and data integration projects.
  • 5 to 8 years of professional experience in Talent domain business analysis roles.
