Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is being shared on behalf of a partner organization, which will handle applications and all subsequent hiring steps. The partner company is hiring an Executive Engagement Lead for the Office of the CRO in Australia.

The role sits at the crossroads of executive strategy, enterprise account relationships, and high-value go-to-market execution. In this position, you will help define how a senior revenue leader engages with key customers, partners, and executive stakeholders across a global business.

The role is not limited to logistics or calendar management. Instead, it is centered on shaping the substance, direction, and business impact of executive interactions. You will turn complex account situations into clear executive-level narratives that support important decisions.

Working with senior leaders and cross-functional GTM teams, you will make sure each executive interaction is deliberate, well-prepared, and sequenced for maximum impact. You will also contribute to building repeatable systems and playbooks that standardize executive engagement across the organization.

This is a high-profile position for someone who performs well in executive environments and enjoys influencing how leadership represents itself externally.

Key accountabilities

  • Set and deliver the strategy for executive engagement on behalf of the CRO, ensuring that external conversations with users, partners, and enterprise stakeholders are focused and valuable.
  • Maintain a clear picture of strategic customer relationships, including engagement history, commitments made, and how coverage is shared across executive stakeholders.
  • Drive full preparation for executive meetings by converting account background, competitive context, goals, and stakeholder insights into strong briefing packs.
  • Create scalable executive engagement programs, including frameworks, operating rhythms, and governance models that support consistent senior-leader involvement in priority accounts.
  • Work with GTM and field teams to place executive participation at the right points in strategic deals, customer relationships, and important commercial milestones.
  • Spot weaknesses in executive relationship coverage and strengthen multi-threaded engagement across key enterprise accounts before gaps become issues.
  • Develop reusable playbooks and standards that improve executive engagement capabilities across the broader GTM organization.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in areas such as chief of staff, executive engagement, strategic programs, management consulting, sales, or similar work involving C-suite exposure.
  • Excellent executive writing and communication skills, with the ability to create concise, structured, and high-impact briefing documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, expand, and operationalize programs, rhythms, or frameworks in complex cross-functional settings.
  • Experience collaborating with senior leaders and driving outcomes without direct authority.
  • Ability to prepare executives for high-stakes meetings and customer or partner interactions.
  • Strong business judgment, stakeholder management capability, and comfort working through ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to represent leadership effectively in both internal and external contexts.
  • Preferred background in executive advisory, strategic GTM programs, or enterprise sales in high-growth technology companies.
  • Preferred familiarity with CRM platforms and data-led relationship tracking.
  • Preferred exposure to consulting or investment banking environments with significant client-facing responsibility.

Perks and benefits

  • Competitive global pay aligned with experience and market benchmarks.
  • Annual bonus tied to performance.
  • Close collaboration with senior executive leadership in a strategic and highly visible role.
  • Remote-first flexibility or hybrid working depending on location and team structure.
  • Annual learning and development allowance to support growth.
  • Exposure to global enterprise customers and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Opportunity to contribute to GTM transformation and the design of executive operating models.
  • Health, wellness, and employee assistance support, depending on region.
  • Generous paid time off and family leave policies.
  • Travel opportunities for senior customer meetings and internal leadership events.
