About the Role
A distinguished global hedge fund based in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support senior Human Resources executives. This position requires a polished and proactive professional who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced workspace and is eager to act as a strategic partner to senior leadership. The role demands a high level of discretion, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive executive support to senior HR leaders, including complex scheduling, meeting organization, and managing executive communications.
- Arrange domestic and international travel plans with detailed itineraries and handle expense reporting processes.
- Oversee confidential HR projects, coordinate onboarding activities, schedule interviews, and assist with candidate management.
- Collaborate closely with Learning & Development teams to organize training sessions, workshops, and leadership events.
- Plan and manage team meetings, off-site events, and firm-wide trainings from conception through completion.
- Prepare presentations, meeting materials, agendas, and ensure accurate executive correspondence.
- Lead special projects and cross-department initiatives, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, anticipating needs and enabling smooth daily operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 4 to 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives as an Executive Assistant within a corporate environment.
- Prior experience specifically assisting Human Resources leadership is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to balance multiple responsibilities while upholding professionalism and confidentiality.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach combined with strong commitment to follow-through.
Additional Details
- Work Schedule: Hybrid arrangement with four days onsite in Midtown Manhattan, and one day remote.
- Compensation: Up to $120,000 base salary depending on experience, with additional overtime pay and discretionary bonuses.
