Job Overview
The Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant role is focused on supporting the Principal by managing both corporate and personal responsibilities. This includes organizing their meeting schedules, overseeing travel arrangements, coordinating with board organizations, and handling a diverse range of personal and lifestyle requirements. This position suits an individual who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, efficient, and an excellent communicator.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver extensive secretarial and administrative assistance to the Principal by managing all corporate and private calendar appointments.
- Coordinate complex travel plans, including private trips, research of exclusive venues and experiences, and manage related expenses.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Principal’s personal communication line, maintaining a professional approach when interacting with VIPs and other stakeholders.
- Manage lifestyle requests and personal errands as needed.
- Organize large-scale events and oversee various ad hoc projects.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years' proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail; thrives on creating structure and precision.
- Strong commitment to discretion and confidentiality with outstanding communication abilities.
- A proactive and positive mindset, capable of completing tasks efficiently with perseverance.
- Adaptability to new and unfamiliar situations, employing resourcefulness and quick problem-solving skills.
