UH60 Production Control Lead (2nd Shift)

Role Summary

The UH60 Production Control Lead is a pivotal administrative role within the maintenance division overseeing maintenance activities related to UH60 helicopters. Responsibilities include maintaining precise production documentation, scheduling maintenance, and fostering communication across departments to streamline workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with maintenance supervisors and planners to prioritize and schedule UH60 helicopter maintenance operations.
• Track and monitor maintenance progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of maintenance and work orders.
• Prepare and update maintenance reports for management and stakeholders.
• Enable effective communication between maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams to promptly address issues and maintain smooth processes.
• Provide stakeholders with regular updates regarding maintenance status and any potential delays.
• Support inventory management of maintenance materials and components.
• Liaise with procurement to assure availability of necessary parts and materials.
• Collaborate closely with quality control to uphold standards and document deviations.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• MUST successfully complete the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s Qualification Verification Program (QVP) for visa and employment eligibility in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in production control, maintenance scheduling, or related administrative roles, ideally within aerospace manufacturing or repair.
• Knowledge of UH60 helicopter maintenance or production processes is advantageous.
• Graduate of a U.S. Military aviation maintenance course or civilian equivalent, with a total of 5 years in aviation maintenance.
• Compliance with employment prerequisites including medical screenings, drug tests, background verification, and possession of a U.S. driver’s license and passport.
• At least 5 years experience as an aircraft mechanic or maintenance technician.
• Proficient in maintenance management systems, work order software, and Microsoft Office suite.
