About the Position

Tesla Manufacturing Brandenburg SE is seeking an articulate and well-organized individual to coordinate and enhance the integrated Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program at Giga Berlin. This critical role acts as a central liaison between managing directors, the supervisory board, senior managers, and cross-functional teams to align, consolidate, and continuously improve governance structures, risk management frameworks, and compliance obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all GRC initiatives across departments such as Legal, Compliance, Finance, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), and Operations.
  • Organize and monitor supervisory board meetings including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for executive management and the supervisory board.
  • Take editorial ownership and oversee legally binding reports.
  • Maintain and update risk and compliance matrices and risk registers.
  • Independently lead short- and medium-term governance projects from planning through execution.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Law, Business Administration, Compliance, or related fields, combined with equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with German and European regulatory landscapes, including corporate governance, compliance management systems, and risk management.
  • Experience collaborating with executives at the management or board level.
  • Fluency in German at native level (minimum C1) and good command of English.
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness, even without direct authority.
  • Structured and methodical work approach prioritized over pure technical knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting board or supervisory board organization, e.g., as an executive assistant or within corporate secretariat functions.
  • Knowledge of the SE (Societas Europaea) governance model.
