About the Position
Tesla Manufacturing Brandenburg SE is seeking an articulate and well-organized individual to coordinate and enhance the integrated Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program at Giga Berlin. This critical role acts as a central liaison between managing directors, the supervisory board, senior managers, and cross-functional teams to align, consolidate, and continuously improve governance structures, risk management frameworks, and compliance obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all GRC initiatives across departments such as Legal, Compliance, Finance, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), and Operations.
- Organize and monitor supervisory board meetings including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for executive management and the supervisory board.
- Take editorial ownership and oversee legally binding reports.
- Maintain and update risk and compliance matrices and risk registers.
- Independently lead short- and medium-term governance projects from planning through execution.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Law, Business Administration, Compliance, or related fields, combined with equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with German and European regulatory landscapes, including corporate governance, compliance management systems, and risk management.
- Experience collaborating with executives at the management or board level.
- Fluency in German at native level (minimum C1) and good command of English.
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness, even without direct authority.
- Structured and methodical work approach prioritized over pure technical knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting board or supervisory board organization, e.g., as an executive assistant or within corporate secretariat functions.
- Knowledge of the SE (Societas Europaea) governance model.
