Job Overview
The Excel Data Entry Clerk will utilize computer systems, including keyboards and software like Microsoft Excel and Word, to accurately input and verify data. This role involves independent task management, reviewing source documents such as canceled checks and sales reports, and maintaining precise documentation and logs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Enter data from various source documents into designated systems.
- Compile, sort, and verify data accuracy before input.
- Identify and correct data entry discrepancies or escalate as needed.
- Cross-check entered data against originals for accuracy.
- Maintain records of completed work and activities.
- Manage documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Additional Information
This is a contract role based in Torrance, CA, offered as a fully remote position. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $21.60 per hour. Benefits, if eligible, may include medical, dental, vision coverage, critical illness and accident insurance, 401(k) with pre- and post-tax options, voluntary life insurance, disability coverage, health spending accounts, transportation benefits, employee assistance, and paid time off.
