- Work in close coordination with teams in marketing, product, research, engineering, legal, policy, partnerships, and safety to align priorities and messaging.
- Prepare executive-level communications materials such as talking points, FAQs, press releases, partnership announcements, funding updates, and expansion-related messaging.
- Coordinate regional speaking opportunities, awards submissions, executive appearances, and company events together with global communications teams.
- Track industry developments, spot story angles, and help explain technical innovation in a way that is accessible and compelling to wide audiences.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in communications, public relations, or corporate communications, gained in agencies or high-growth technology companies.
- Demonstrated success in building trusted connections with leading media outlets and journalists throughout Europe.
- Strong familiarity with both established and newer media formats, including research journals, technical communities, podcasts, and digital influencers.
- Excellent ability to simplify complex technical or scientific ideas into messaging that is easy to understand and persuasive.
- Strong writing, speaking, and presentation capabilities, including experience creating communications for executives.
- Proven track record of handling several projects at once while keeping a sharp eye on detail and deadlines.
- Experience collaborating across technical and business functions in fast-paced and evolving settings.
- Well-developed strategic judgment, stakeholder management skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Comfort working independently as part of a fully remote, internationally distributed team.
Benefits
- Compensation that is competitive and aligned with experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
- A fully remote setup with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Europe.
- The chance to work with leading specialists in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
- A high-ownership position with major influence over regional communications strategy.
- A collaborative, global, and innovation-focused workplace.
- An inclusive environment committed to diversity, equity, and equal opportunity.
