Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Director of Integrated Marketing to spearhead the forthcoming phase of our growth. This leadership position focuses on transforming marketing strategies into actionable initiatives through coordinated planning, data-driven decisions, and cross-department collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end integrated marketing planning and execution spanning digital, customer relationship management (CRM), retention strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee and coordinate the promotional calendar, ensuring team alignment and alignment with organizational objectives to enhance guest acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Develop, monitor, and report on critical performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure marketing goals align with company direction.
- Manage marketing operations including project workflows, efficiency, and accountability.
- Control and evaluate marketing budgets to maximize return on investments.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving merchandising, creative, photography, digital, and retail teams.
- Utilize emerging technologies such as AI tools to enhance marketing performance, analytics, and customer experience.
- Mentor and develop the marketing team fostering a culture of collaboration and ongoing improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing.
- Proven track record of success in CRM, digital marketing, retention, and customer engagement tactics.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing technology platforms.
- Experience designing KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven reporting for business strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead marketing programs that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and ROI.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and project management capabilities.
- Skilled at handling multiple priorities and aligning diverse stakeholder interests.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Background in specialty retail sectors such as luxury goods, jewelry, fashion, or consumer products.
- Experience within multi-location retail businesses.
- Knowledge of supporting both online e-commerce and physical retail environments.
- Familiarity with platforms including Salesforce, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Semrush, or equivalent.
- Experience deploying AI-driven marketing tools and automation solutions.

Additional Information
