Job description
Position Overview
We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join an established multidisciplinary practice operating both in clinic and hospital settings. This role entails delivering expert, patient-centered care primarily to adult and elderly patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical care to a diverse adult and geriatric patient population.
- Perform common ENT surgical procedures including tonsillectomy, sinus surgery, and thyroidectomy.
- Manage patient volume of approximately 20 to 28 visits per day.
- Participate in shared call duties and collaborate within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Utilize ancillary services such as radiology, physical and occupational therapy, and specialty clinics to support comprehensive care.
Qualifications and Skills
- Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach with a strong desire to work in a community setting.
- Excellent clinical knowledge and procedural skills specific to ENT.
- Strong teamwork and communication within clinical staff and interdisciplinary teams.
