Its staff includes teachers, classified employees, and administrators who are known for experience, dedication, and a strong commitment to student well-being and academic readiness.
The district’s guiding vision emphasizes graduates who are resilient, future-ready, collaborative problem-solvers with the skills to succeed in a global community. Its Adult Portrait highlights eight values: being a world-leading professional, a student-centered lifelong learner, a creative and critical thinker, an adaptive forward thinker, a caring adult, an inclusivity champion, an equity advocate, and an empowering collaborator.

The position also requires familiarity with public education systems, including related laws, policies, practices, and enrollment procedures, as well as strong English usage, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and report-writing skills.
