Role Overview

Step into the role of a TikTok Creator Partnerships Specialist, working remotely in a vibrant multicultural and multilingual setting. This position focuses on managing creator relationships, executing projects, and supporting campaign operations backed by a people-first management ethos. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily project coordination and operational support for active campaigns.
• Conduct outreach to creators, manage logistics, and negotiate terms efficiently at scale.
• Oversee the entire creator pipeline including outreach, negotiations, contracts, content approval, and payments.
• Evaluate creator content drafts to ensure compliance with brand and campaign standards.
• Administer creator agreements and timely payment processing.
• Maintain detailed reporting on creator activities, output, expenditures, and performance metrics.
• Identify and escalate disputes or potential issues with creators to internal teams providing comprehensive context.
• Adhere strictly to internal processes and standard operating procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills at C1 level or higher, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in digital collaboration and management tools such as Google Sheets, Airtable, Linear, Slack, and TikTok; quick adaptability to new tools.
• Strong organizational capabilities to handle multiple partnerships concurrently.
• Experience with setting up and managing tracking systems and reporting dashboards.
• Ability to autonomously negotiate routine matters and recognize when escalation is necessary.
• Availability to respond promptly to creators’ time-sensitive communications.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in task completion.
• Positive, self-driven, and accountable approach to work.
• Access to a personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload speeds).
