Role Overview
The role of End-to-End Recruitment Consultant is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The consultant will oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing candidates in offshore oil and gas roles. The position requires building and nurturing strong partnerships with clients and candidates, understanding technical and project requirements, and designing recruitment strategies aligned with organizational needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven expertise in managing full recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates.
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining client relationships, comprehending business objectives, and offering consultative hiring support.
- Fluent in Mandarin.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in recruitment agencies with a background in business development is essential.
- Experience within the oil and gas industry is advantageous but not compulsory.
