Role Responsibilities

• Deliver business insights by combining analytics, assessments, issue research, and relevant experience to offer clear recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Investigate creator behavior and issues to assess policy effects on users and the LIVE platform.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing policies, products, or processes within the TikTok LIVE content and monetization ecosystem.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, Data Science, Legal, and Government Relations to create scalable solutions and establish consensus.
• Continuously monitor the platform to detect risks and harmful content specific to issues and markets.
• Conduct thorough investigations on controversial content and creator activities to evaluate risk levels.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative methodologies to identify patterns and forecast potential risks.
• Analyze risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with content moderation, policy development, and product teams to implement risk reduction measures.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of these solutions and revise as needed.
• Support the development and refinement of content governance policies ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to enhance policies.

Candidate Qualifications

• Final year student or recent graduate in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with capability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Passion for livestreaming, content governance, and trust and safety on digital platforms.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a proactive approach and strong ownership of projects.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Internship or project experience in product management, content governance, or trust and safety domains.
• Knowledge of livestreaming platforms or content communities, especially TikTok LIVE's creator environment.
• Basic data analysis expertise, including SQL skills to support decisions.
• Ability to adapt and respond to challenges in fast-paced, dynamic settings focusing on live governance issues.

Additional Information

TikTok prioritizes applicants who already have the legal right to work in Singapore without needing visa sponsorship. Candidates must be available for onboarding by the end of 2026.
