Key Responsibilities
- Assist participants with disabilities in preparing for, obtaining, and sustaining gainful employment.
- Build participants’ self-confidence by highlighting strengths and helping overcome hurdles to employment.
- Develop innovative approaches that address employment barriers and furnish participants with necessary resources and support.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and facilitate workplace accommodations.
- Recognize and celebrate achievements in participant employment placements.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with employers committed to diversity and inclusion.

Additional Requirements
- Right to work legally within Australia.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and comprehensive vehicle insurance.
- Active MyGovID at Standard level.
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
- Ability to pass the Working with Children Check.
- Availability for full-time work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
