About the Role
The People & Culture Administrator is a vital contributor to ensuring smooth operation of essential personnel processes across the company. This position primarily focuses on dependable, high-quality administrative assistance throughout the entire employee lifecycle while collaborating closely with the wider People & Culture team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding of new employees by preparing necessary paperwork and managing induction-related administrative tasks.
- Maintain accuracy of databases and spreadsheets used for reporting on new hires, internal moves, and departures.
- Organize and keep electronic personnel files updated, ensuring precise and well-maintained individual records.
- Input and verify employee data within the People & Culture system for both new and current staff members.
- Oversee probation monitoring, prepare confirmation letters, and escalate issues to People & Culture Advisors or Business Partners when needed.
- Conduct follow-up meetings with recent hires and communicate feedback appropriately.
- Manage exit procedures, including drafting resignation acceptance letters, updating offboarding documentation, and arranging exit interviews.
- Regularly update employee records and respond promptly to staff inquiries at various employment stages.
- Record and monitor employee absences accurately within the system.
- Provide administrative support for daily People & Culture operations and special projects.
- Handle employment reference requests efficiently while maintaining service standards.
- Manage the HR inbox by directing emails to the correct People & Culture team members.
- Consistently demonstrate and advocate the organization's Vision, Purpose, Values, and Personalities in daily activities.
