Role Overview

Located at our Braddon office, the role involves assisting Workforce Australia program participants to eliminate employment barriers and smoothly enter the job market. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling a substantial caseload of job seekers
  • Engaging actively with job-ready candidates to achieve long-term employment, including employer outreach
  • Identifying and addressing obstacles affecting job readiness
  • Equipping participants with necessary confidence and tools for workforce entry
  • Applying problem-solving abilities and maintaining resilience to enhance employment success

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated and reliable with a passion for problem-solving and delivering meaningful results
  • Adaptability to dynamic and challenging environments
  • Proven track record of meeting and surpassing business KPIs and targets
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office

Additional Information
