Role Overview
Situated at the Braddon office, this role involves supporting participants of the Workforce Australia program. You will assist individuals in overcoming employment barriers and help facilitate their transition into sustainable work environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a large caseload of job seekers.
- Engage actively with individuals ready to work to secure lasting employment, including outreach to employers.
- Identify and address factors that inhibit job readiness.
- Equip participants with necessary skills and confidence to enter the workforce.
- Use strong problem-solving abilities and maintain resilience to optimize employment outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, dependable self-starter driven to achieve impactful results and resolve challenges.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions and think on your feet.
- Proven track record in surpassing business KPIs and targets.
- Competent in computer use, specifically MS Office applications.
