Role Overview
This opportunity is for an Employment Consultant based in Deception Bay, Queensland, working within the Workforce Australia Program. The role suits someone who is motivated by helping people prepare for work, secure suitable jobs, and build pathways that can improve their lives.

- Support participants in recognising their strengths, overcoming barriers, and approaching work with confidence and purpose.
- Use creative and practical solutions to address employment challenges and improve outcomes.
- Champion inclusive hiring and promote workplace adjustments where needed.
- Celebrate achievements and milestones with participants, whether large or small.
- Build strong partnerships with employers that value diversity and inclusion.

Employment Conditions
- You must be eligible to work in Australia.
- A current driver’s licence is required, along with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- A MyGovID at Standard level is required.
- You must be willing to undergo a National Police Check.
- You must be able to pass a Working with Children Check.
- The role requires full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
