• Work with Workforce Australia participants to help them prepare for, secure, and keep sustainable employment.
• Support participants in recognising their strengths, overcoming barriers, and approaching work with confidence and purpose.
• Use creative and practical solutions to address employment challenges and improve outcomes.
• Champion inclusive hiring and promote workplace adjustments where needed.
• Celebrate achievements and milestones with participants, whether large or small.
• Build strong partnerships with employers that value diversity and inclusion.

Employment Conditions

• You must be eligible to work in Australia.
• A current driver’s licence is required, along with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
• A MyGovID at Standard level is required.
• You must be willing to undergo a National Police Check.
• You must be able to pass a Working with Children Check.
• The role requires full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
