Role Overview
Join a reputable disability employment provider in Townsville as an Employment Consultant or Workforce Retention Consultant. This full-time permanent position focuses on assisting individuals with disabilities in achieving meaningful and sustainable employment. You will guide participants from preparing for job readiness and securing employment to offering continual workplace support to ensure lasting success.
Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with clients, employers, and community stakeholders to eliminate employment barriers, develop opportunities, and facilitate impactful employment outcomes.
Candidate Profile
