Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Employment Consultant specialized in health and wellbeing to join our team in Caboolture, Queensland. This permanent, full-time role offers a base salary of $75,000 with potential on-target earnings reaching up to $89,000. The position focuses on assisting jobseekers who face health, wellbeing, and employment challenges to secure sustainable work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an individual caseload of clients seeking employment support related to health and wellbeing barriers.
- Develop and maintain robust partnerships with employers to facilitate meaningful job placements.
- Collaborate closely with health and community service providers to enhance client support networks.
- Work in a KPI-driven environment aimed at delivering measurable, positive outcomes for clients.
Essential Requirements
- Prior experience as an Employment Coach, Employment Consultant, or Case Manager, preferably within Workforce Australia or JobActive programs.
- Proven ability in case management and engaging effectively with employers.
- Strong commitment to helping individuals achieve lasting employment success.
