We are seeking a dedicated Employment Consultant at our Lismore, NSW location to help individuals with disabilities find and sustain meaningful employment. This role focuses on creating employment connections and supportive pathways that empower participants to thrive in their workplaces.

- Empower participants by helping them recognize their strengths, overcome barriers, and build confidence in their new roles.
- Develop creative and effective solutions to employment challenges ensuring tailored support and tools for each participant's success.
- Advocate for inclusive hiring policies and necessary workplace accommodations.
- Celebrate every employment milestone, recognizing achievements both large and small alongside participants.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with employers who champion diversity and inclusion.
