Key Responsibilities
- Receive and manage incoming emergency calls promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate emergency responders and technical service teams.
- Document incidents and the actions taken clearly and thoroughly.
- Communicate effectively with customers, government agencies, and emergency personnel.
- Monitor alarm and security systems to ensure safety.
Compensation
The hourly wage ranges from 18 to 25 euros, depending on your qualifications and area of deployment.
