EMEA Talent Acquisition Partner - Fixed Term Contract

About the Role

This opportunity is part of the Global Talent Acquisition Center Early Career team at a leading short-form mobile video platform. The team delivers end-to-end campus recruitment support across various regions, tailoring engagement to meet specific business needs, including talent mapping, rapid market penetration, cost optimization, and university collaborations. This role focuses on driving the recruitment and development of interns and graduates across the EMEA region on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a thorough understanding of recruitment needs by collaborating closely with business leaders and stakeholders across EMEA to formulate talent acquisition strategies suitable for various geographies.
• Establish efficient hiring workflows that provide a high-quality candidate experience to fulfill hiring targets with top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, resume evaluation, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with leaders across countries, business units, and local teams to identify best practices and develop standard operating procedures to streamline processes and boost recruitment effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least two years of comprehensive full-cycle recruiting expertise, either in-house or agency-based.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to quickly build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proactive, results-driven, resourceful, and innovative individual with strong curiosity and willingness to take initiatives and calculated risks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the high-tech industry is advantageous.
• Passion for the tech sector with demonstrated adaptability and a fast learner in dynamic work environments.
