Position Summary
We seek a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team remotely, who will drive recruitment efforts to secure top Technician and Sales/Accounting talent for our partner companies. Beyond merely filling roles, this position will embody our company culture and promote why Cobalt is an exceptional place to work.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume recruiting to rapidly hire Technicians specializing in Doors & Security.
- Identify and engage passive candidates, using comprehensive sourcing strategies to fill diverse roles.
- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from posting jobs through candidate selection and offer acceptance ensuring smooth and efficient progress.
- Collaborate with department leaders to refine job descriptions, understand role requirements, and set hiring parameters.
- Work within a supportive recruitment team, sharing ideas and strategies to optimize hiring success.
- Ensure hiring processes comply with current employment laws and regulations.
- Adapt to additional recruitment-related responsibilities as needed, including occasional travel to support hiring initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Strong ability to discern candidate profiles and effectively screen for fit.
- Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with expertise in negotiation.
- Proficiency in creative sourcing techniques across various job functions.

- Solid knowledge of recruitment laws and best practices.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse, and comfort using Microsoft Office or similar software.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package includes a base salary plus commission, targeting total earnings between $85,000 and $100,000 annually, depending on experience. Additional benefits encompass healthcare coverage, 401(k) matching, and flexible time off. This position represents a key strategic hire for the near future growth of the company.
