- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from requirements gathering to onboarding—for a broad mix of functions including corporate, commercial, supply chain, technical, and leadership roles.
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines especially for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local regulations while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Promote Solventum’s employer brand and employee value proposition throughout candidate interactions to support attraction and engagement initiatives.
- Establish strong collaborations with multiple functional leaders and HR teams to align talent acquisition efforts and educate stakeholders on hiring best practices.
- Apply advanced sourcing, talent mapping, and networking techniques to identify and engage passive candidates, reducing agency dependence.
- Continuously improve recruitment effectiveness by analyzing metrics, supporting TA initiatives, and ensuring compliance with governance and audit standards.
- Participate in regional and global Talent Acquisition projects, including diversity and inclusion efforts as well as recruiting capability development.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 10 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, including in-house, agency, or hybrid settings.
- Proven success recruiting across a variety of functions and multiple countries, managing complex, high-level, and challenging searches.
- Expertise in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and engagement of passive candidates.
- Strong ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Preferred experience in Medical Technology, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Industrial, Manufacturing, Technology sectors, or other multinational environments.
- Familiarity with regional/multi-country recruitment in APAC and recruitment technologies such as Workday ATS and talent intelligence tools.
- Experience contributing to global or regional TA projects is advantageous.
