Role Responsibilities

As a member of the Bright Flex / Bank team, you will collaborate with colleagues to care for children from infancy up to five years old. Your responsibilities will include engaging children through interactive play, story reading, and various activities designed to stimulate curiosity and support them in reaching developmental milestones.

Requirements and Compliance

This position involves working in a setting committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of safer recruitment procedures, including pre-employment background checks and an enhanced DBS check to ensure suitability for working with children.

• Hourly wage ranging from £12.75 to £12.95, based on qualifications and experience
