About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Implement, plan, and evaluate an emergent, play-centered curriculum for children aged 2 to 5 years.
- Maintain a welcoming, safe, and inclusive learning space that fosters development.
- Conduct regular observations, assessments, and prepare necessary documentation to support children's progress.
- Facilitate the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of each child.
- Keep the classroom environment clean, organized, and ready for daily activities.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth functioning of daily operations.
For candidates with leadership experience, additional duties include:
- Overseeing the preschool room and managing daily schedules.
- Providing guidance and support to fellow educators.
- Ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a Level 6 or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education.
- First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain them promptly.
- Solid understanding of child development and curriculum frameworks suited to young learners.
- Excellent skills in communication and ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
- Demonstrate patience, professionalism, and genuine care in interactions.
- Completion of all required background screening in line with regulatory standards.
