CareChoice Group Ireland is seeking dedicated full-time Healthcare Assistants for their Parnell Road Step Down Facility in Dublin. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, person-centred care.
• Maintain residents' personal hygiene and dignity by assisting with their care needs.
• Support residents with eating and drinking according to their nutritional requirements.
• Help residents mobilize safely using appropriate aids when needed.
• Escort and transfer residents as directed by nursing personnel.
• Provide end-of-life care assistance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing staff and management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess or be working towards a QQI Level 5 Healthcare qualification or an equivalent relevant healthcare certification.
• Prior experience in a care environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills paired with a compassionate and caring nature.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and across the full week.
