Role Overview
Harmony Early Education in Yarrabilba Drive is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher who is motivated by purpose, professionalism and a genuine commitment to children’s learning. This role is suited to an educator who enjoys creating engaging environments, fostering meaningful relationships and encouraging children to explore, ask questions, wonder and develop.

What You Will Do
- Guide your studio through deliberate, play-centred and inquiry-led teaching.
- Advocate for children’s voices, rights, cultures and individual identities.
- Plan, observe, document and evaluate learning with depth and purpose.
- Develop caring, respectful relationships with children and their families.
- Work closely with the Educational Leader and fellow educators.
- Design learning spaces that encourage imagination, challenge thinking and create enjoyment.
- Integrate EYLF v2.0 and QKLG into meaningful learning experiences.
- Assist with transitions, school readiness and continuity of learning.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reflective practice and ethical judgment.
